Shotover is walkable and wilder, if you have bicycle (who doesn’t?) there is a RSPB bird sanctuary by Otmoor still one of the most beautiful natural phenomena in the area including one the most exhilarating bike rides anywhere from there to Islip. Whitehorse hill is cyclable. Port Meadow one of the oldest pieces of common land Rollright stones too. Look around you at this wonderful area. Shame on you! If only for adding to the myth.
