  1. Letting go of a hurtful relationship at the beginning of the year.
  2. Processing the anger from my past.
  3. Treating myself really well by eating healthy.
  4. Feeling more mature and more OK with myself. I don't want to hide my true self anymore.
  5. Loving my own company.
  6. Accepting that I'm happy where I am with my job.
  7. Laughing at insane family members rather than arguing with them.
  8. Giving myself loads of credit for a change and knowing I am right to do so.
