Four key nutrients:

  • Vitamin B6 - helps you keep a healthy immune system and prevent certain types of anemia.

Symptoms of lack of Vitamin B6: rash and other skin problems, like dandruff or scaly patches. Severe symptom would be depression, confusion, or even seizures.
