user picture devon: I used MyFitnessPal to determine how many calories per day I should be eating to lose weight based off of my height, gender, age, weight, and activity level. Then, I followed that calorie limit using MyFitnessPal app to log my meals and exercise. I also started the Couch 2 5K running program - it's been great! I've still got a long way to go before I'm considered a healthy weight, and I'm currently at a stand-still, but I'm loving all the new things my body can do that it couldn't just two months ago!
