  • Watching the entire first season of Babylon Berlin with Lena and Obi. Eating popcorn and roasted pumpkin, talking about buying a house together.
  • The huge full moon and crystal clear nights.
  • Reading Ronja Räubertochter on a bright morning. What a lovely tale about love and nature. I wonder why I had never read it before.
  • Spending time with Moni's baby. And my mum. Who still thinks I'm super special, even after all those years.
  • Reading everything I can about feminism, queerness, gender politics. Roxane Gay's Bad Feminist was an excellent start and I'm looking forward to listening to some podcasts and reading Andi Zeisler's new book as well as Libertine magazine.
  • I'm obsessed with dumplings and creamy mushroom sauce. Comfort food deluxe.
  • Also, I realised that downloading free fonts and layouting grammar worksheets makes me feel all excited #word2010 Edit: I don't feel any less passionate about PowerPoint presentations.
  • "The haberdasher took my measurements - and my heart." - I think she is my favourite character in the Babblebrook series. Flawless.
  • My balcony has become a playground for a squirrel and many tiny birds.
  • Reading about verselbstständigte Diminutive on Wikipedia #linguisticsnerd
  • Before the Internet.
  • Meeting Hannes. Bonding over languages, children's books, our Bavarian accent and the Rocky Horror Picture Show. We even made plans to watch it together next weekend. Now that was really nice for a change.
  • Spending my Sunday at Milla with GoSingChoir! We learned Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics. I love singing in a choir. I'll definitely go again. Afterwards we even did a little flashmob in a restaurant and performed our song in front of a very surprised audience. Also, the choir leader is very charming...
  • Hey Arnold series creator Craig Bartlett (explains)[] how he built the cartoon city that every ‘90s kid dreamed of living in.
  • Reading Roxane Gay's essay collection Bad Feminist. I didn't care much about her book Hunger but you know you're reading something excellent when every other page triggers a google research on interesting words or (pop) cultural phenomena.
  • Yanic proposed to Lexi! He got her a white mid-sized guitar for her birthday along with a gift voucher. It said: "If you want guitar lessons from your husband say yes!" What!
  • Seeing the Rocky Horror Picture Show with Hannes at Museum Lichtspiele. You can buy bags filled with props so you can throw or use them at the appropriate time during the movie. I still found rice stuck to my body when I went to bed that night. The cinema is made to look like Frank'N'Furter's mansion and you are allowed to sing, dance and yell insults during the movie. I had a very good time.
  • Having breakfast all afternoon at Café Münchner Freiheit with Hannes. Drinking coffee after coffee and only saying goodbye because it was time for me to walk over to Kammerspiele in order to see On the Road with Lexi.
  • Receiving quite some praise at work for my presentation and for organising the OBGYN talk for the girls. Even though both events were exhausting I quite liked talking to the parents (they had pretty good ideas). And the talk with the doctor went very well, too (hilarious at times thanks to Reena and Ermira). Also, taking care of Yvone. She's gonna be my next project.
  • (Many) drinks at Tollwood with Hannes. Considering getting tiger slippers as a Christmas present for my mum.
  • Ramen noodles and more mulled wine with Lexi and Lena.
  • Fargo-ing with Frank.
  • Checking out a new apartment offer thanks to Mr T. (I still don't know if I want it, noooo)
  • Mas Ysa - Face / Benjamin Clementine - Jupiter / Wolf Alice - Beautifully Unconventional / St. Vincent New York / Rolling Stones - She's a Rainbow / Michael Jackson - Man in the Mirror / MGMT - Little Dark Age / Oliver feat. De La Soul - Heart Attack / Severija Janušauskaitė - Zu Asche, Zu Staub // and the creepy version of Heart of Glass in the third episode of The Handmaid's Tale.
