• dutch oven (enameled cast iron, apparently the 6-quart Lodge is a good one and good value)
• matcha whisk

other:

• banana protector because that's a serious problem
• Harney and Sons Earl Grey Supreme loose leaf 4 oz tin
• hair dryer with diffuser
• drinking fountain for the cats
