• Potentially quit my job. It’s good that it’s a pretty solid source of income for while I’m in school but it really is destroying my own sanity. (was able to work less days there).
  • Get into nursing school. Not sure if this is a resolution, but it is a goal for 2018. I DID IT!
  • Read for at least 30 minutes a day. Block out the time on my calendar to just sit and read.
      • If possible, read at least 12 books. Much less than usual but school cuts into reading time.
  • Practice self care.
      • Hair care routine
          • Condition hair 2x a week.
          • Deep condition once a week.
          • Shampoo every 2 weeks.
          • Purify hair once a month (apple cider vinegar).
      • Get quarterly manicures
      • Buy new make up
      • Read every day (see above)
      • Play interesting video games (on the weekends)
      • Set an appropriate bed time
  • Do yoga at least 3x a week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings). This could technically also fall under self care.
  • Continue flossing routine!! (Another potential self care measure)
  • Start journaling (book journals, music journals, gratitude journals, etc.)
  • Spend less money on food.
      • Designate one day a week to go grocery shopping (Friday - Whole Foods by work ? )
      • Prepare simple lunches and breakfasts the day before (pb&j, carrots, etc.)
  • Limit dairy consumption. (I say this every year but it really needs to happen!!)
  • Drink more water.
  • Continue to improve mental health by reading up on meditation techniques, eastern spiritualities, and self esteem.
  • Continue to practice mindfulness and breathing techniques.
      • Practice breathing techniques / mindfulness at night before bed to calm down after a crazy day of studying.
  • Work on being more assertive.
      • Do more assertiveness activities?
