- started the month by finishing up an essay on A Game of Thrones
- spent the night drinking and playing Mario Party with T and M
- got tickets for another QI recording!
- went for a Cinco de Mayo meal with Lauren. met an immense kangal dog on the way. tried horchata for the first time.
- applied for third year modules - fingers-crossed I get Shakespeare!
- went to the cat café with L and it was wonderful. I had a two brownies and a drink from the specials menu. we were the last ones there so we had the cats all to ourselves. there was a pretty popular youtuber/singer there though I didn't realise until I found her post on instagram while looking through tags.
- had two fabulous and very encouraging and inspiring meetings about my dissertation.
- read my first graphic novel.
- jumped into the swimming pool for the first time, and twice more after that.
- went to the QI recording, the guest were Matt Lucas, Liza Tarbuck, and Romesh Ranganathan. Sandi Toksvig's wife was in the audience.
- had vegan burgers afterwards. interesting place and food... better brownies.
- got Mexican food and vegan rainbow cake with Lauren.
- went to an outdoor swimming pool in Covent Garden with Tom, who hated it.
- went to my first Comic Con.
- the weather has been absolutely beautiful!
