• nothing about asexuality is inherently queer unless you're homo- or biromantic. i'm all for ace rep and inclusion being on the spectrum myself, but the concept of sexual autonomy is not unique to asexuality nor specific to queerness, most of the current "empowerment" rhetoric is just thinly veiled reactionary puritanism harmful to people across the spectrum, and i've heard quite enough slutshaming/homophobic conjectures about my sex life from my "fellow queers" just for pointing that out. tldr: mind your own genitals if you want to be here.
