  • Eye exam (glasses & contacts)
  • Remove the birth control implant (needs to be done at hospital) IN PROGRESS (yay)
  • Do the 30 day minimalism challenge
  • Find a simple strength excercising routine I can do a couple times a week
  • Be mindful of and follow my nightime routine
  • Technology (computer, mobile etc) off / away at least 30 min before bed time
  • Make a new version of this list aka now that I live in a new place, explore it
  • Be more "zero waste". This one I have to research and look into what I should work on and focus on because it is so difficult. Literally everything comes packaged in plastic. We do recycle all plastic possible but I still want to see if there is anything I can cut out/cut down on. Food waste is also a problem as we have a rental, but I will check if there is any spac...
