- FINALLY A PRIVATE ROOM with Chanh, a middle-aged woman in the suburbs (Chanh, Alvin, Atilla); my BEST apartment experience even though my roommates were eccentric but they were VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL AND QUIET and that's all I need in life

- By myself in a studio at Plantation Oaks, because rent is like THREE OR FOUR TIMES cheaper in Texas than anywhere in CA, even though I run the air conditioning 365 days a year (it gets more moldy than it currently is otherwise) and own two cats
