- cereal and fruit for breakfast with skim milk (04/09)
- joe's o's with raspberries
- corn flakes with bananas
- and when i am feeling indulgent, chocolate lucky charms
- say goodbye the cheese (05/09)
- say goodbye to french fries (03/09)
- work out every other day (05/09)
- three sets of twenty crunches
- three sets of twenty lunges
- three sets alphabet wall sets
- listening to the fergie pandora station while sweating
- briskly walking to work five days a week (15 minutes)
- getting proper sleep
- drinking a glass of wine every night
- no dressing on salads
- eat salad from work five days a week
- sit down and write down ways to fight my sugar addiction, and then live it out
