  • Max Level Insanity for 60 days. Day 4
  • Jog/Run 3 times a week (6 mile minimum within 60 days)
  • Additional Upper Body & Core Strength training via
    • Pull-ups, Push-ups, Suspended body core training, Bicep Curls
  • Weekly Tennis and/or Badminton

Nutrition

  • Veggie Smoothies throughout the day
  • Hard boiled eggs for additional protein & nutrients
  • Trail mix (assorted nuts, dried fruits, no chocolates)
  • Chia Seeds in water for additional fiber
