There was once a time I was happy with myself. I had confidence and I loved the way I looked. I was also 110 pounds and I worked out. Since moving to NC I've really let myself go, I've gained 50 lbs. I need a change. I cannot do this anymore. My fiance' deserves better. I deserve better.

  • CW: 155 lbs
  • GW: 135 lbs
  • Work out for 30 minutes to an hour each day.
  • Do strength training twice a week.
  • Do yoga every other day.
  • Run or take walks at the Greenway.
  • Take my brothers dog for walks daily.
  • Take up a hobbie that includes physical activity.
  • Run/walk a marathon.
  • Do not eat out of boredom or emotion.
  • Portion control!
  • No 2nd servings.
  • Eat a hearty breakfast w/ fiber and lots of protein.
  • Eat 2 of the following for lunch: salad, soup, or sandwhich.
  • For dinner eat lean meat with lots of veggies.
  • Snack appropriatly. Hummus w/ veggies, a handful of grapes, wheat thins with baby carrots, a skim latte, or a banana.
  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
  • Eat fish atleast twice a week.
  • Do not go over 2200 calories a day. (I'm breastfeeding so 2200 calories is a healthy amount to lose weight but also provide nutrituon for my son.)
  • Take my pre-natal everyday and do not forget!
  • Weigh myself daily and jot it down.
  • Jot down everything I eat.
  • Remind myself that it takes hard work and dedication to get what I want.
  • Remind myself that I am beautiful, despite all the negativity I feel.

I can do this.
