  • EVERY DAY:
    • Smoothie (ingredients interchangeable but all are important!)
      • Turmeric (Anti-Inflammatory - 2 heaping tsp.)
      • Flax meal or Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend (Omega 3, 6, 9, GLAs)
      • Simply Grapefruit juice (Vitamin C)
      • Carrot juice (Beta Carotene, Vitamin C)
      • Broccoli and/or swiss chard (Vitamins A, C, B9) (Biotin)
      • Avocado oil (Vitamins A, E, D, Bs, and EFA's)
      • Coconut water (Potassium, lots of hydration!)
      • Zinc capsules or pumpkin oil (Zinc, Tryptophan, Magnesium)
    • Liquid iron + B vitamin supplement
  • General:
    • Vitamin C, Antioxidants - Pomegranate juice
    • Rice protein powder
    • Fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices, vegetables, dark leafy greens, organic everything
