Me:

• you can either sleep it off, cry it out, dance it off or create it into something, you choose. and all are valid choices.
• to trust someone is to arm them against you. be careful who you go handing out weapons to.
• what skin is it off my back? (to help someone)
• everyone's hell is their own.
• karma's a bitch . . .
• never underestimate the power of a hand to hold. (--->)
• if it makes you happy then it's worthwhile, no matter how silly or trivial.
• say lots of thank you's.
• give lots of hugs.
• never stop learning.
• if it's interesting to you, it's worth knowing about. . .
• if it's worth knowing about, know as much as you can.
• share what you know & educate others.
• don't give advice when you could be giving assistance.
• write it down or you'll forget it! that goes for grocery lists and memories, the same.
• know when to walk away & the power of goodbye
• generally, if it's something you can't tell your mother about you probably shouldn't be doing it. and if you can't tell your friends about it then you really shouldn't be doing it.
• whenever trying to decide what the "right" things to do is, usually it's the more difficult option. if it was the easy answer you wouldn't be struggling.
• just b/c you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD. generally applicable in a large percentage of craft projects but also frequently worth noting in situations of fashion, home decor, love, etc.
