- el prado (famous art museum in madrid)
- el escorial (old convent in the mountains by madrid)
- poe, my favorite bar located on my street corner with great drinks and a funny old english guy who gives great life stories, plus the best tapas around (they come free with drinks in granada!)
- salsero, a salsa club underneath my arpartment building, with free lessons on tuesdays and thursdays, i still suck though
- camborio, a discotec that´s partially in a cave in the hills!

- gibraltar - monkeys, great views of the ocean, La Linea, and Africa!
- guadix, the prettiest mountain city an hour outside of granada, we went on the most amazing hike, it was so pretty, and we are staying with the nicest people, everything is amazing!!! i want to seriously live here
- riding around granada on a motorcycle in the middle of the night
- getting high in the sierra nevadas
- marbella and puerta benuse (beach towns in spain)
- hiking in the alpujarras, a breath-taking mountain region in southern spain with cool little towns scattered throughout
