- S.M. has VP title and seems to do much less work, cannot use MW, and does not understand international shipping
- Abandoned old "commission scheme" in favor of higher salary and expected more PTO, but has essentially remained the same over past year
- Not invited to become involved in high-level company strategy or operations--no clear advancement track
- No authority over warehouse or trucking crews; calls from foremen go to Dan or Luis and not to me (the manager of the jobs)
- Outdated software; MW isn't cloud based and not easy to WFH
- Standard business practice is biz dev to account manager; I do biz dev (account acquisition), account management, storage management, invoicing, warehouse requests, liaise with third party vendors, etc.
- No one in the WH checks or responds to emails; general lack of professionalism and taking responsibility among colleagues
- No direct reports or teammates to share workload when out sick
- As of June 2022, no bonus payment for April billing
