  • Find your favorite pillow. Go ahead, pick it up and hug it to you. What feelings do this pillow give you?

  • What moment lately has caused you to literally catch your breath?
  • When you think of water -- what comes to your mind?
  • Write a lil poem to yourself... to inspire you.
  • Today - take care of your feet. They are so important to us. Soak them, lotion them.... whatever you can do to give them a lil care. You can write about it if you want.
