- Describe one specific way you can show kindness to yourself and to others today. Right now.
- Find your favorite pillow. Go ahead, pick it up and hug it to you. What feelings do this pillow give you?
- Describe your skin care routine.
- Write about your favorite color.
- What moment lately has caused you to literally catch your breath?
- When you think of water -- what comes to your mind?
- Write a lil poem to yourself... to inspire you.
- Today - take care of your feet. They are so important to us. Soak them, lotion them.... whatever you can do to give them a lil care. You can write about it if you want.
- Look into a mirror. Now smile. Write about the beauty that is you. No self criticism, just the beauty.
- February usually means winding down winter. What are you looking forward to in spring the most?
- Flowers. If you can't go buy a fresh bouquet today - find some photos on the internet. Write about what kind of flowers. What colors they are. How do flowers make you feel.
- Set the table today with your favorite dishes. Make it pretty. Light a candle. Write about if this makes your meal seem different when you sit at the table.
- Pick up a journal. Turn to the fourth page. Read that entry. Now write about it form today's perspective while reading it.
