- update, 9th: fixed finally, after the repair guy coming like 6 different times and ultimately having to rip out part of our ceiling
- update, 22nd: it absolutely was not fixed and it was still leaking every day until today, the contractor had come like a million more times and never could fix it, but today the landlord had a different plumber come and found the remaining problem and did actually fix it this time. been a nervous wreck dealing with a leak over our electrical box for 3 weeks
