  • desventuras em série (14.01) [t1:e1~t1:e6]

It is nice, although it gets quite cartoonish at times. I loved the songs, the acting is great, but it is really, very sad. I plan to watch everything, but I will have to wait because I can only watch so much sadness at a time.

  • doctor who (17.04) [the pilot]

Well, the plot is a bit meh. I mean, Heather is quite dull and there isn't much going on. HOWEVER, Bill is absolutely amazing. She quirky, funny and very openly lgbtq. The Doctor is very good, and Nardole is just hilarious. It was a good beginning, I think. It could have been better, but there has been worse.

  • persuasion, 1995 (26.02)

It is considerably better than the 2007 version. There is a lot more chemistry between the protagonists, Anne is a lot more resolved, the romance evolves more naturally and, perhaps most importantly, the ending is a lot more sweet.

  • dangal (21.03)

The movie is absolutely amazing. An Indian man wishes to have a son so he can wrestle, but ends up with four girls instead. One day he notices two of them can fight, and then manage to teach them the moves. It's a movie about feminism, about believing in yourself, about doing what you dream of even if it is difficult. Absolutely amazing.

  • beauty and the beast (25.03)

Great movie, ahahaha. Amazing songs. Emma Watson was amazing, as was beast's character. Gaston was not the real villan (it was the witch) and le fou diserves a happy ending bc he's CUTE.

  • A Língua Pirahã: O código do Amazonas (11.04)

I love documentaries. I was doing a project on chomsky and recursion when I stumbled upon the debate about this tribe. Daniel Everett says that their language challenges the very basic rule of human languages. It's quite interesting, although I do not agree with it. Worth seeing.

  • Princess Bride (22.04)

I WAITED SO LONG TO WATCH THIS MOVIE WHY IT'S AMAZING AND I HAVE A NEW FAVORITE HANDS DOWN.
