this list actually scares me. i never manage to really do stuff from these kind of lists because i'm anxious and lonely. lots of times i really want to do something and end up not doing anything because i don't want to do it alone, and i don't know anyone; almost all my friends live far away. it shouldn't be that hard - i could do stuff alone, i'm used to being alone, but sometimes it feels as if i just can't do some things alone, even small things. so. we'll see.

user picture Venus: I so understand this. I'm a loner by nature, and that's not something I'm ashamed it--but there are times when I get lonely, as opposed to being alone. And while I definitely love doing things by myself, there are so many more things that make me nervous to do alone. Really nervous. So good on you, these things are brave! jul 29 2019

Most people don't really understand how hard it is for someone like ~ us ~ (introverts/people with social anxiety) to just do things that are actually "normal", like riding a bike or attending a yoga class. I 100% feel the same way. I really want some good friends but how can you make friends when you are introverted af and sometimes just can't deal with people all the time?
