• Read for at least 30 minutes a day.
      • Read at least 60 books this year.
  • Practice self care.
      • Develop a better hair care routine
          • Condition hair 2x a week.
          • Deep condition once a week.
          • Shampoo every 2 weeks.
          • Purify hair once a month (apple cider vinegar).
      • Get quarterly manicures (or at least a manicure 2x a year - 1 for birthday and 1 for Christmas).
      • Read every day (see above)
      • Play video games
      • Set better bed times.
          • I want to be more of a morning person during this transition period between student and full fledged nurse.
  • Do yoga at least 3 - 4x a week (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings).
  • Floss !!
  • Keep up with bullet journaling (also find uses for hobonichi weeks - gratitude journal & travelers notebook - planner to use while at school??)
  • Spend less money on food.
      • Designate one day a week to go grocery shopping
      • Prepare simple lunches and breakfasts the day before (pb&j, carrots, etc.)
  • Continue limiting dairy consumption !!
  • Practice mindfulness and breathing techniques at night before bed to calm down after a crazy day of studying!
