- Eat only 2-3 meals a day
- Space each meal at least 5 hours after the previous
- Plan your workouts after you’ve gone at least 2 hours without eating
- CUT OUT: Bread, pasta, rice (both brown and white), potatoes (white).
- Drink at least 2 liters of water every day
- Avoid fruit juices and other sugary beverages, including sodas and sports drinks
- Consume raw apple cider vinegar diluted with water before every meal
- Drink coffee and tea without added calories as you want
