• Eat only 2-3 meals a day
  • Space each meal at least 5 hours after the previous
  • Plan your workouts after you’ve gone at least 2 hours without eating
  • CUT OUT: Bread, pasta, rice (both brown and white), potatoes (white).
  • Drink at least 2 liters of water every day
  • Avoid fruit juices and other sugary beverages, including sodas and sports drinks
  • Consume raw apple cider vinegar diluted with water before every meal
  • Drink coffee and tea without added calories as you want
