• Take out porta filter from machine
  • Clean and wipe with dry rag
  • Start Grinder with Intelligencia Black Cat Espresso Beans
  • Grind and pull shot until small mound forms in porta filter
  • Use knife to knock and level ground espresso
  • Pre tamp ground espresso
  • Knock on side of porta filter
  • Tamp ground espresso with 30 lbs pressure
  • Pre expell hot water from espresso machine
  • Insert porta filter
  • Start timer/start shot
  • Time shot
  • Shot must pour within 18-25 sec or start over!
