- Take out porta filter from machine
- Clean and wipe with dry rag
- Start Grinder with Intelligencia Black Cat Espresso Beans
- Grind and pull shot until small mound forms in porta filter
- Use knife to knock and level ground espresso
- Pre tamp ground espresso
- Knock on side of porta filter
- Tamp ground espresso with 30 lbs pressure
- Pre expell hot water from espresso machine
- Insert porta filter
- Start timer/start shot
- Time shot
- Shot must pour within 18-25 sec or start over!
