• keep up with my gym routine (4 to 5 times a week)
  • track my calories (and protein intake)
  • start a meditation routine (try to do it without youtube)
  • sleep by 11 pm and wake up by 7 am (no screen after 10 pm)
  • budget all my expenses → avoid impulse buying
  • take cardio (esp. long distance running) seriously
