- keep up with my gym routine (4 to 5 times a week)
- track my calories (and protein intake)
- start a meditation routine (try to do it without youtube)
- sleep by 11 pm and wake up by 7 am (no screen after 10 pm)
- budget all my expenses → avoid impulse buying
- take cardio (esp. long distance running) seriously
