✩ january

• changed my hair after years of having the same boring haircut; got a butterfly cut <3
• got a tattoo on my upperarm — the poem my late grandpa wrote and always read out loud at birthday parties. hurt like a bitch
• got a second lobe piercing done at claire's bc they had cute hello kitty earrings. my body rejected it and the earrings broke when i took them off for cleaning
• finished a whole book in 4 days
• watched dead poets society for the first time on the hollywood channel thinking it wouldn't hit as hard bc í've read the book—cried like a child

(a lot went down in january and it completely destroyed me so these are the only things i remember lmao)

✩ february

• i dont remember anything except stressing over getting an internship
• oh i went to an interview that 1) was really far away from my house and 2) CREEPY AS HELL. the office was in a basement and the man was really sweet and stuff but it smelled so strongly of tobacco and the chair cushions were stained — i even thought it had been me bc i was on my period that day and panicked but no. that shit was just NASTYYYYY

• GOT THE FUCKING INTERNSHIP i was in a museum trip w my class and had just talked to my teacher abt my interview and an hour later got an email saying i got accepted... literally dropped to my knees crying shaking (the internship began on the 27th and this happened on the 22nd ... thats how desperate i was bc if i hadnt gotten in i wouldve been sent back to first year and not only do i have beef w those ppl i also do not want to go through that fucking module again)
• since i started this internship i dont feel as anxious to talk to people anymore... im at the front desk but even on my first day when i stayed in the back office, i was able to socialize with everyone. im very introverted so i still dont talk much, but if i do, im not as anxious which is great!
• my humour sours immediatly when i make a mistake at work. i also have really short memory so i keep mixing stuff up and its embarrassing sometimes LMAO.
• got really well along with the other interns there right off the bat which. so great bc my resting bitch face always drives people away but not this time!!!!!

• people at work found out im fluent in portuguese and now im the appointed translator for portuguese speaking students n got smmm praise for it :´)
• ate korean corn dogs & tried korean food at a restaurant for the first time w intern buddy!! i got bulgogi classic and she got bulgogi potatoes and both were sooo good.. i also got us some veggie mandu
• another intern buddy told me that she thought i was a literature major bc it'd suit me... im an office manager apprentice .
• went out for a walk w my friend spontaneously and we got boba and matching necklaces and talked shit abt people. it was nice
• bought plane tickets 2 go homeee this summmerrr (that shit cost 2 livers im crying)

✩ may

• ate at intern buddy's house w other intern buddy, drank some wine and soju shots and talked shit abt colleagues and drama
• TOTK IS OUT!!!!!!!!! AND I GOT IT !!!!!!!
• went 2 eat @ intern buddy's house againnn and we gossiped and drank and it was sm fun... gonna miss them sm :(
• got money from the government lmao
• got 2 cute lil bags for summer ^__^
• intern buddy finished her internship so we went out to eat corndogs for lunch and then went to a cute outdoor bar where this man painted us randomly :( so cute! she's taking the painting with her back home. i got her some presents!
• got a nail appointment FINALLYYYY. i've been salon hopping for forever now and this one looks promising so lets goooo im so excited im getting my personality back. update: the design turned out sooo good im definitely going back
