(aka A List To Make Fireworks More Fun)
[When I was a kid my father taught me which elements produced color in fireworks during the shows. We used to yell the elements while watching. This is a dear memory to me.]
Red - Lithium, Strontium and Iron.
Pink - Lithium
Blue - Copper.
Green - Barium.
Silver and White -Titanium, magnesium or aluminum
Orange - Calcium (and sometimes Iron too.)
Yellow - Sodium. (NaCl, a.k.a Table Salt is often used.)
Purple - A mix of strontium (red) and copper (blue) compounds.
