• Make dishes with more:
    • Chicken or tuna instead of red meat
    • Beans
    • Nuts
    • Garlic
    • Ginger
    • Vegetables
  • Make dishes without any meat sometimes
  • Have a veggie/fruit eating competition week
  • Some exercise on every Saturday and Sunday, even if it's just a walk
  • Salad or veggies with dip EVERY weekend
  • Less beer
    • If you want beer, buy the one with lowest alcohol content
  • Sneak bananas and other fruit into the shopping basket on Friday
  • Instead of spending Saturdays in the pub:
    • Go to art exhibitions and museums
    • Go to a cafĂ©
    • Go to the movies
    • Visit a part of the city you've never been to
  • Go to the pub on Sunday instead; you won't be able to drink more than one beer
  • Have the self-control to say no to another beer and to tipsy junk food cravings

Later this year:

  • Swimming as soon as the water is a bearable temperature
  • Biking trips
  • Hiking and camping
  • Walk around the city and have a fruit picnic in the park
