• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon rosemary
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 slice (gluten-free) bread
    • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • cook the mushroom in a pan with some garlic, salt and rosemary until the liquid evaporates
  • slather the bread with hummus (plain or flavoured, i like mine), top with the cooked mushrooms
