- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- pinch of salt
- 1 slice (gluten-free) bread
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- cook the mushroom in a pan with some garlic, salt and rosemary until the liquid evaporates
- slather the bread with hummus (plain or flavoured, i like mine), top with the cooked mushrooms
