- 200g can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 4 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- dark chocolate chips
- it's like a sweet hummus but with apple sauce instead of oil and chocolate bits every now and then. blend all the ingredients into the mmixer and enjoy!
