- 2/3 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup hazelnut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- vanilla
- choc hazelnut spread
- make the cookie dough mixing all the ingredients
- form the cookies, make sure they are not big and not tall
- bake at 170° for 20 mins
- allow to cool and then spread a layer of spread and sandwich them
