• 2/3 cup buckwheat flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 cup coconut sugar
    • 1 cup hazelnut butter
    • 1/4 cup water
    • vanilla
    • choc hazelnut spread
  • make the cookie dough mixing all the ingredients
  • form the cookies, make sure they are not big and not tall
  • bake at 170° for 20 mins
  • allow to cool and then spread a layer of spread and sandwich them
