• 1 ½ cups flour (gf is fine)
    • ½ cup almond flour
    • ½ cup sugar (i used stevia)
    • ½ cup dairy-free softened butter
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup almond milk
    • ½ cup vegan dulce de leche
  • cream together butter, sugar and vanilla, then add almond milk
  • gradually add both gf flour and almond flour until it's a dough
  • roll the dough forming 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet
  • use the thumb to create a small indent in each cookie
  • bake at 175° for 10-12 minute (or untill golden)
  • once cooled, scoop the dulche de leche into the center of each cookie
  • drinking moka coffee with these cookies 'cause... they're sweet :) i need something that taste like DEATH paired with them
