- 1 ½ cups flour (gf is fine)
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup sugar (i used stevia)
- ½ cup dairy-free softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ cup vegan dulce de leche
- cream together butter, sugar and vanilla, then add almond milk
- gradually add both gf flour and almond flour until it's a dough
- roll the dough forming 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet
- use the thumb to create a small indent in each cookie
- bake at 175° for 10-12 minute (or untill golden)
- once cooled, scoop the dulche de leche into the center of each cookie
- ↣ drinking moka coffee with these cookies 'cause... they're sweet :) i need something that taste like DEATH paired with them
