- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (gf)
- 1 + 1/4 cup non dairy milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp syrup
- salt
- vanilla
- oil
- USE A BLENDER: put the wet ingredients first, aka the milk and banana and blend, after that add the flours, syrup, salt and vanilla and blend
- this is the batter: fry the crêpes in a pan with a bit of oil
