• 1/2 cup oat flour
    • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (gf)
    • 1 + 1/4 cup non dairy milk
    • 1 banana
    • 1 tbsp syrup
    • salt
    • vanilla
    • oil
  • USE A BLENDER: put the wet ingredients first, aka the milk and banana and blend, after that add the flours, syrup, salt and vanilla and blend
  • this is the batter: fry the crêpes in a pan with a bit of oil
