• 150g flour
    • 55g ground flax/chia seeds
    • 55g chocolate or vanilla protein powder
    • 15g cocoa powder
    • 10g baking powder
    • a pinch of salt
    • 1 + 1/2 cup soy milk
    • 1/3 cup sweetener (stevia/agave syrup...)
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • silicone donuts mold
  • prepare the wet ingredients: soy milk, sweetener, vanilla + the ground seeds - let the mixture set for at least 5-10 minutes
  • whisk the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder and salt
  • pour the wet in the dry, mix until combined BUT not overmix
  • pour the mixture in the donut mold and let it cook in the pre-heated over (160°) for 25 minutes
  • you can pop out the donut after 10 minutes of rest, if you wanna frost them, be sure they are coo
  • simple frosting: soy milk + cocoa powder + 0 calorie sweetener
