- 150g flour
- 55g ground flax/chia seeds
- 55g chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 15g cocoa powder
- 10g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 + 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/3 cup sweetener (stevia/agave syrup...)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- silicone donuts mold
- prepare the wet ingredients: soy milk, sweetener, vanilla + the ground seeds - let the mixture set for at least 5-10 minutes
- whisk the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder and salt
- pour the wet in the dry, mix until combined BUT not overmix
- pour the mixture in the donut mold and let it cook in the pre-heated over (160°) for 25 minutes
- you can pop out the donut after 10 minutes of rest, if you wanna frost them, be sure they are coo
- simple frosting: soy milk + cocoa powder + 0 calorie sweetener
