- 1 cup shredded coconut 
- 1/4 cup rice milk powder 
- 1/4 cup syrup 
- i'm using a 0-calorie syrup, but you do you, maple, agave, rice, malt...
      
 
- blend the ingredient until well combined and sticky 
- scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls 
- coat them in some cocoa 
- chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving
