    • 1/4 cup rice milk powder
    • 1/4 cup syrup
  • i'm using a 0-calorie syrup, but you do you, maple, agave, rice, malt...
    • cocoa for coating
  • blend the ingredient until well combined and sticky
  • scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls
  • coat them in some cocoa
  • chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving
