• 1 pear, peeled and diced
    • 1 apple, peeled and diced
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tsp coconut sugar
    • 1 cup oats
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • add the fruit to a pan with a splash of boiling water, then sprinkle in 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp coconut sugar, make sure everything is well coated, then cover it and leave to simmer for around 10'
  • once mushy, transferred to a baking dish make the crumble topping by firstly using the same pan to melt the coconut oil
  • add the oats to a bowl, pour over the melted coconut oil and sweeten with the other 1/2 tsp cinnamon, layer over the fruit and then top with 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • cook in the oven on 180° until golden brown for around 20'
