• 1 cup cooked quinoa
    • 1 + 1/2 cups beans, cooked
    • 1/2 tsp cumin
    • 1/2 tsp coriander
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • salt
    • pepper
  • add beans and quinoa to a food processor and pulse until mashed. add the remaining spices and flavours, pulse again. form even burgers patties!
  • bake at 180° for 15'
