- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 + 1/2 cups beans, cooked
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- add beans and quinoa to a food processor and pulse until mashed. add the remaining spices and flavours, pulse again. form even burgers patties!
- bake at 180° for 15'
