- 1 + 1/2 cup coconut water/water/coconut milk
- 1 + 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed (for omega 3)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 5 small dates
- made it for kids and they love it! they add syrup on top cause... they are kids and they like sugar, but it was good! add some cereal if you want, or puffed rice; the kids used chopped chocolate, almonds, and corn flakes
