• my way to lead kids eating veggies
    • 4-5 zucchini spiralized - i cooked in some oil in a pan with a clove of garlic
    • a handful of cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
    • 1 cup sundried tomatoes
    • 1 cup basil
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 2 tbsp nooch
  • method
    • in a mixed add the sundried tomatoes, basil, garlic, nooch and blend with a bit of water; add the sauce to the zoodles with the chopped cherry tomatoes
  • it was good, i forgot the salt, we put it on top and it was good... nothing more lol
