- 4-5 zucchini spiralized - i cooked in some oil in a pan with a clove of garlic
- a handful of cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 cup basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp nooch
- method
- in a mixed add the sundried tomatoes, basil, garlic, nooch and blend with a bit of water; add the sauce to the zoodles with the chopped cherry tomatoes
- it was good, i forgot the salt, we put it on top and it was good... nothing more lol
