- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ▸ mix all the ingredients in a bowl, microwave it for 2-3 minutes (stopping every 30 seconds to stir) and it's done!
