• 1/3 cup oats
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1 small apple, diced
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    • 1 tbsp syrup
    • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • mix all the ingredients in a bowl, microwave it for 2-3 minutes (stopping every 30 seconds to stir) and it's done!
