- what you need:
- 1 small roasted beet
- 1 can cooked chickpeas
- 1 large lemon - zest & juice
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 30g tahini
- 30g olive oil
- in a mixer:
- marinate the garlic and 1/2 lemon juice for 5'
- blend beet until only small bits remain
- add remaining ingredients except for olive oil and blend until smooth
- drizzle in olive oil as the hummus is mixing and it's done!
- ⊱ if you wanna lower the fat in it, replace the oil with some unsweetened soy yogurt
