• what you need:
    • 1 small roasted beet
    • 1 can cooked chickpeas
    • 1 large lemon - zest & juice
    • 1 pinch salt and black pepper
    • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
    • 30g tahini
    • 30g olive oil
  • in a mixer:
    • marinate the garlic and 1/2 lemon juice for 5'
    • blend beet until only small bits remain
    • add remaining ingredients except for olive oil and blend until smooth
    • drizzle in olive oil as the hummus is mixing and it's done!
  • if you wanna lower the fat in it, replace the oil with some unsweetened soy yogurt
