- it's essentially labneh, which many people around the world call greek yogurt
- i used to make labneh as a substitute for dairy cream cheese in my baked cheesecake recipes
- in order to do this, i simply pour plant-based yogurt over a clean cloth to separate the liquid from the curdled, fermented plant-based milk
- this trendy yogurt is special because the original creator (i'll link them once i found their original account; edit: i found her) uses a variety of powdered colors, creating an aesthetically gradient yogurt bowl filled with an assorted toppings, such as granola, cubed or finely chopped fruits, chocolate, syrup etc...
- ↣ i'm not a huge fan of yogurt, but i wanna implement more fermented food in my diet and i'm willing to try eating labneh more as a dessert rather than a breakfast food
