- Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 pkg. (16 oz) thin spaghetti, cooked according to package
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- To Cook:
- Combine garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil in large serving bowl
- Let stand 20 minutes to combine flavors.
- Add cooked thin spaghetti to tomatoe mixture, tossing to combine
- Serve with Parmesan cheese
- Serves 6-8
