• Ingredients
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
    • 1 pkg. (16 oz) thin spaghetti, cooked according to package
    • freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • To Cook:
    • Combine garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil in large serving bowl
    • Let stand 20 minutes to combine flavors.
    • Add cooked thin spaghetti to tomatoe mixture, tossing to combine
    • Serve with Parmesan cheese
  • Serves 6-8
