A story with explicit content is called a “lemon.” A Dr. Pepper with lemon is called a “Freak Nasty.” No seriously, I grew up in a town that has a local restaurant with a drink menu of well over 100, maybe 200 items. One of those was just listed as “Freak Nasty (Dr. Pepper with lemon),” and I will never forget it.
