• Today, I'm happy that I chose to visit and stay at my sister's condo. It feels exactly like what I needed. I told myself too that doing so shows me that it's okay (and in fact I should do it more often) to do things that I am the sole beneficiary of. It's okay to receive my own love and care. It's okay to give to myself my own love and care. My love doesn't always have to be for others or channeled outwards. It can go inward too.
• I'm also thankful for the small and big ways, my angels move / answer my prayers.
  • For example, for today, Jaja sent me a message asking me if I'm free on Monday.
  • I have been wanting to meet her but I haven't acted on it because I kept overthinking how I'll be once we do. Yesterday, I felt the nudge to invite her out spontaneously but I still didn't act on it. Yet here we are, aligned in wanting to see each other.
  • I feel like it was the angels, listening to my prayers of wanting to see friends I've missed and felt like I pushed away the past months or weeks and I also feel it's a synchronicity, showing me that I am exactly where I'm supposed to be.
  • Thank you, angels. Much love (is felt and received).

• I am grateful my boss forgave me. I deserve a second chance.
• I don't regret not doing any work these past four days. I'm happy that I took the time to nourish myself and give myself what I needed: a break from my racing thoughts by choosing to drop them for now and also seeking a new environment.
  • I'm grateful that I went to my sister's place and stayed two nights there. I'm grateful to be in an environment where I feel at ease to be myself despite pressing concerns from other aspects of my life.
  • I'm grateful my sister welcomed me and that she was available. I'm grateful that Darwin wasn't there so I had a place to sleep and it was easy to sleep over.
  • I'm grateful I had an Angkas credit so I could take a motor going to my sister's place.
  • I'm grateful I arrived there safely.
• I'm lucky to have had the chance to go to the beach so suddenly. It is a blessing to be invited to spend time with the ocean, mother earth.
  • I'm blessed to have a friend who can drive and who is willing to drive. I'm grateful to have a friend who is willing to share the abundance she has and asks for nothing in return except the pleasure of your company.
  • It's refreshing to be with people I haven't been with for a while (Jaja and Elle). It's refreshing to see things, or experience things, with different company, with different energy, with different perspective or approach in life.
  • Thank you, thank you. I am very blessed and in fact, I feel the angels have been giving me so much to help me. Aah, salamat, salamat! Mabuhay kayo. Mabuhay ako. Mabuhay tayo!

July 17

• Aaah, we had a good massage session today at Neung Thai! It was unexpected. Well, I came with no expectations but was hopeful that the experience will be good for all of us. Especially because our experience with the Nuat Thai across it was subpar.
• I'm thankful because I prayed for it to be a good experience for all of us.
• I'm also happy because we had a surprise kasama, Rex. Hihi. He adorbs, forever.
• I tried the aromatherapy which was 1.5 hours and which included a hot pebble portion. Gaaah, it was great!! The warmth added to the comfort and relaxation. My masseuse was also good though there were some points where I her 'hard' pressure wasn't hard enough for me. Hahaha
• Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at Neung Thai and I'm feeling celebratory that everyone else did too - Ara, Mel, and Rex.
