Why I want to quit:

  • it will empower me
  • it will make me closer to God
  • I won’t feel embarrassed anymore

If I can quit cigarettes, drugs, TV, and social media, I can quit this too.

If Cravings DO come use list below:

  • shower
  • yoga
  • productive task
  • read about other's experience with my addiction online
  • nap
  • Bible study
  • smoothie/icy drink/popsicle
  • take time to sit with feeling of forgiveness & patience and know the feeling will pass
  • remind myself why & have fear of its consequences/fear of the Lord
