Why I want to quit:
- it will empower me
- it will make me closer to God
- I won’t feel embarrassed anymore
If I can quit cigarettes, drugs, TV, and social media, I can quit this too.
If Cravings DO come use list below:
- shower
- yoga
- productive task
- read about other's experience with my addiction online
- nap
- Bible study
- smoothie/icy drink/popsicle
- take time to sit with feeling of forgiveness & patience and know the feeling will pass
- remind myself why & have fear of its consequences/fear of the Lord
