• Eat cleaner - make an effort to cut out processed foods - more fruits, veggies
  • Stretch ears (goal= 8g or 6g)
  • Practice yoga, meditation and exercise
  • Dread hair
  • Take time out/enjoy yourself - go to the beach, buy something I've wanted, do something I've wanted to try
  • Stress less! - about school, the future etc.
