- Eat cleaner - make an effort to cut out processed foods - more fruits, veggies
- Stretch ears (goal= 8g or 6g)
- Practice yoga, meditation and exercise
- Dread hair
- Take time out/enjoy yourself - go to the beach, buy something I've wanted, do something I've wanted to try
- Stress less! - about school, the future etc.
