  • anxiety anxiety anxiety
  • thinking one (1) thought and letting it pester & eventually just assuming it's true and that makes it worse
  • not drinking water
  • sleeping too much and feeling like i wasted the day
  • when i'm mean to mom. she never ever deserves it. PLEASE think before you speak
  • hurting someone else
  • having to cut someone out of my life bc they are not good for me/ i'm not good for them
