- thinking about other people's problems
- overthinking how much i ate that day esp when i did not exercise
- weighing myself
- comparing my current life state to what i think it's supposed to be
- not feeling cute in my outfit
- anxiety anxiety anxiety
- thinking one (1) thought and letting it pester & eventually just assuming it's true and that makes it worse
- not drinking water
- sleeping too much and feeling like i wasted the day
- when i'm mean to mom. she never ever deserves it. PLEASE think before you speak
- hurting someone else
- having to cut someone out of my life bc they are not good for me/ i'm not good for them
