how to screen record internal audio on mac

• setup these in settings > sound before recording:
  • set output as screen recording with audio
• open quicktime player
  • file > new screen recording
  • click the little drop down arrow and make sure microphone is set to blackhole audio input
  • to pause recording, click the quicktime player app in the dock, press esc key, and hold down alt to reveal the pause button. click the record button to resume recording
• when everything is finished, go back to settings and set sound output back to headphones
